Welcome to StrongBody, a 6 week program designed to build muscle for fat loss and strength gains! 

Three full body sessions each week. Circuits in these new workouts are 3-3-2 (vs 4-4 in Muscle Burns Fat). Research shows people push harder when there's fewer exercises per circuit. Also, setting up for the circuit offers more recovery time, so you’re stronger for each lift!


More muscle for a strong body and leaner, more defined look!

The only equipment needed is a selection of dumbbells, making this program home and gym-friendly.

Each workout targets the full body using compound exercises for legs, back, chest and isolation exercises for shoulders, biceps, triceps - to sculpt enviable arms!

Three, full body workouts are included and depending on your rest time, will take roughly 45 minutes to complete. Each workout is repeated three times during the week for a total of two weeks before moving on. Your body becomes more efficient at performing each exercise when you repeat the same lifts each week. This allows you to complete more repetitions and lift more weight over time. It’s the principle of progressive overload and is required to build muscle and increase strength!

Exercise demonstrations with verbal cues from me are provided in this go on your own format. Please note workouts are not follow along and you should have experience lifting weights before starting.

Cheryl has changed my life. Truly. I was overweight, sedentary, and had zero idea how to structure my diet except for the typical 90’s style of “the less calories the better. The exercises challenge your whole body and ask for your mental focus too in order to push through. Cheryl’s coaching makes the program make sense and following her instructions, tips and no bs guidelines delivers results. I have never been as strong in my lifts as I am with following Cheryl’s programs on Solin. I’ve learned more in this 6-week program than I have with a personal trainer in the past (who taught me nothing, just handed me the plan). Cheryl truly does want us to succeed! She shares invaluable information and when she sees several of us expressing our struggles, she shares exactly what we need to hear to keep on going and not be discouraged. She has also established an amazing community of women who are all showing up at different stages of life, different circumstances, fitness levels, yet all being there for each other to cheer each other on and support one another. Probably the most effective work out I've done in my fifties. I'd always lifted weights,but stayed in a safe range and probably didn't push myself as much as I could. I love the format and the accountability of Cheryl's app. I'm lifting so much more than I thought I ever could and I'm not scared of the weights anymore. This is my first challenge with Cheryl and it’s only the beginning. I’ve never enjoyed working out so much. I’m so looking forward to continuing this journey I am on to build muscle and strength; feel good in myself. I’ve never felt better in my own skin. I also cut out alcohol last October and that has definitely helped. If I had realised ages ago that I could eat an abundance of delicious food and still be fit and healthy, I would have done it. As a person who has always been relatively fit, but never really in to ‘exercise’ I have tried various things to tone up over the years. Strength training is something that I’ve known is beneficial for a while & with a family history of osteoporosis & being in my early 40s it felt like a now or never type thing… I found Cee on YouTube & she’s a breath of fresh air compared to the hyped up gym bunnies that usually lead these programs. Wasn’t sure if I’d like the app format but knew I was ready for a challenge so signed up. Have absolutely loved it & just starting week 6 without missing a workout. I loved everything about this program. This is my second challenge and I’ve been doing it along with my sister-in-law that lives in another country and we connect every single day and throughout the day and I am so thankful to her for getting me on this program and we keep each other I am 56 and my weight was just slowly creeping up & up and I felt very unhappy and defeated. It really got me off my butt and exercising regularly which motivated me to really dial in on my eating and track it as well. What a difference! The fact that I just have to go downstairs in my house and work with a few dumbbells and a yoga mat makes it so easy and so much easier not to talk myself out of it. I feel so much stronger. I look better in my clothes. I’ve lost a good amount of weight. I’m looking more muscular, feeling just better overall and this just was a huge impact for me and I really needed it. Now, I’m actually looking forward to buying a new dress for my daughter’s graduation, which I was not looking forward to it all but now I’m actually quite excited.
