Welcome to StrongBody, a 6 week program designed to build muscle for fat loss and strength gains! 

Three full body sessions each week. Circuits in these new workouts are 3-3-2 (vs 4-4 in Muscle Burns Fat). Research shows people push harder when there's fewer exercises per circuit. Also, setting up for the circuit offers more recovery time, so you’re stronger for each lift!


More muscle for a strong body and leaner, more defined look!

The only equipment needed is a selection of dumbbells, making this program home and gym-friendly.

Each workout targets the full body using compound exercises for legs, back, chest and isolation exercises for shoulders, biceps, triceps - to sculpt enviable arms!

Three, full body workouts are included and depending on your rest time, will take roughly 45 minutes to complete. Each workout is repeated three times during the week for a total of two weeks before moving on. Your body becomes more efficient at performing each exercise when you repeat the same lifts each week. This allows you to complete more repetitions and lift more weight over time. It’s the principle of progressive overload and is required to build muscle and increase strength!

Exercise demonstrations with verbal cues from me are provided in this go on your own format. Please note workouts are not follow along and you should have experience lifting weights before starting.

I am 67 yr old woman that got tired of looking at my crepey arms in the mirror, stopped wearing anything sleeveless about 2 yrs ago. A pickleball friend of mine shared her before and after photos with our small group. I didn’t think I’d see much of a difference, she’s already in amazing shape and does strength training on a regular basis. I was wrong, if this program improves my arms and strength by just a bit, I’ll be ecstatic! I’ve never stuck to any exercise routine, so getting through the 1st week has felt great. So far, I really like Cheryl's 6 week Summer Strong program! It's easy to follow, has all the information I needed to get motivated to move again. After the first workout, I felt "muscle awareness" that I haven't felt in a long time! Feels good to reconnect and tend to my body again. I really enjoy the format of supersets and working at my own pace. The app itself is helpful for being able to track my weight and reps. I would highly recommend this program. For anyone who is on the fence because they currently do Cee’s free YouTube videos and think there is no need to pay for a program, you are so wrong. These challenges (I’m on my third) push you to work so hard. Not only does she have the great science backed work outs but in the private group chat you get a lot of nutritional advice as well. The community is so diverse as far as stages of life and abilities. They are uplifting and supportive. Cee is very active in the community. I have had no regrets buying her programs. I continuing to build muscle and get stronger and for that I am so happy.

There is a sea of fitness influencers available online. But the Cee you want is Cheryl! I was hesitant to sign up for her 1st Challenge because it wasn't a follow-along format like I had been doing on her YouTube channel. But I decided to listen to Cee, who is a certified personal trainer, and she said if you wanted to progress your workouts that this was the way to go. I decided I would at least give it a try. This was the level up I needed! Cee challenged me further by encouraging me to steadily increase my dumbell weights and progressively lifting to near failure rather than just a set number of reps. This made all the difference in the quality of my time working out and I am now seeing the results firsthand! I am feeling more confident in my skin and much stronger! Excellent program that is very doable for beginners and advanced alike. I found it helped me tremendously to start lifting weights on my own and to stay consistent. While I didn't see dramatic changes in my body in only 6 weeks, I know that I am becoming stronger and more defined. This workout could be repeated many times. I can't say enough good things about these programs! I followed the Lift with Cee YouTube workouts for months and loved them and saw results. The Lift with Cee videos were my only experience with lifting weights, so I hesitated when the Solin program came out. I thought I "needed" to follow along with the videos. Boy was I wrong!! After following Cheryl’s YouTube workouts for over a year, I decided to give her 6 week challenge on the Solin app a try. I didn’t think I would like it as much as I did her videos, or that it would make that much of a difference in my progress. But I’m very happy to say I was so wrong!! The 6 Week Lift’n Burn Challenge is my second 6 week challenge with Cheryl, and I have been pleased to see even further progress in my muscle development and strength!! All of Cheryl's programs are science backed and carefully crafted to achieve the most results in the least amount of time. If you follow the program, you will see results, period. No gimmicks here. The community part of the program is very lively and a true online buddy system. Cheryl is there daily to answer questions, lend an ear and give guidance. Cheryl also walks the walk. She does every workout "with" the group, she admits, what excersize brings out the colorful language! We all have at least one beastly excersize that is particularly difficult that brings out the inner animal! Seriously though, if this was not a challenge, this would not be the effective program that it is. This program has it all and I am thankful that I found Cheryl.

Though I’ve worked out with Cheryl’s YouTube videos and followed her on IG, I have not pushed myself in consistency or effort like I have during this challenge. I have noticed more strength, endurance, flexibility, and less joint pain after just 5 weeks. I am starting to see some definition and am more comfortable in my clothes.
