Welcome to StrongBody, a 6 week program designed to build muscle for fat loss and strength gains! 

Three full body sessions each week. Circuits in these new workouts are 3-3-2 (vs 4-4 in Muscle Burns Fat). Research shows people push harder when there's fewer exercises per circuit. Also, setting up for the circuit offers more recovery time, so you’re stronger for each lift!


More muscle for a strong body and leaner, more defined look!

The only equipment needed is a selection of dumbbells, making this program home and gym-friendly.

Each workout targets the full body using compound exercises for legs, back, chest and isolation exercises for shoulders, biceps, triceps - to sculpt enviable arms!

Three, full body workouts are included and depending on your rest time, will take roughly 45 minutes to complete. Each workout is repeated three times during the week for a total of two weeks before moving on. Your body becomes more efficient at performing each exercise when you repeat the same lifts each week. This allows you to complete more repetitions and lift more weight over time. It’s the principle of progressive overload and is required to build muscle and increase strength!

Exercise demonstrations with verbal cues from me are provided in this go on your own format. Please note workouts are not follow along and you should have experience lifting weights before starting.

I have been on a few fitness apps. None of which even compare to Cheryl and Solin team. This is my 4th challenge. You learn so much from Cheryl and the group. I am post menopause and it wasn't very pleasant to me. I worked hard on this app. I learned and still learning how to make this a way of life and get healthy. Lost size I've lost pounds. I have surely gained muscle and toned. For being 57 I don't recognize my own self in the mirror. Finally something that really works. You just need time and patience. I am thankful I found Cheryl she is awesome! Thanks a bunch! P.S. from the medical side of things BP is great. Cholesterol good. I have more energy. I can go on . But you need to check it out for yourself.

I've started doing Cheryl's challenges since January 5th when she released her first program on Solin. I must say that joining the challenge was the best thing I've done this year. I kept coming back for more and now I'm on the latest challenge (Muscle Method for Fat Loss). I've been weight lifting for years and had my fair share of personal trainers. Trust me when I say, save your money and just stick to Cheryl's challenges. The results I've seen since starting her programs have been better than years of weight lifting with and without the help of personal trainers. I absolutely love how Cheryl is always keeping an eye in the community chat, noticing if we are struggling with an exercise or tweaking some of the movements. I love how she even included an optional circuit in the last challenge for those who want to push themselves harder. People have commented on my physique and noticed how stronger I look. At the end of the day, that has always been my goal: to get stronger. Once again Cheryl did it!! A new series of exercises to put me through the test!!! And wow this is working!!! Also I am happy to have some biceps ands triceps exercises back in this session!!! These challenges (my 6th one!) are really keeping me on my toes and help me progress on my fitness journey!!! Love the group support and Cheryl’s approach is down to earth, factual, fun and easy to follow!! Been a fan of Cheryl for a couple of years. I love that her program is easy to follow, does not take too long, yet allows you to work at your own pace. As a former yoga teacher and avid practitioner of yoga for over 40 years, I needed some strength training to hit all the muscles that I was not hitting with yoga (and to avoid injuries I was starting to experience). I recommend Cheryl’s program to all my yoga friends of any age! Traveling far from home now and so happy I have Cheryl and the Solin app to keep me on task and feeling good while traveling.
