Welcome to StrongBody, a 6 week program designed to build muscle for fat loss and strength gains! 

Three full body sessions each week. Circuits in these new workouts are 3-3-2 (vs 4-4 in Muscle Burns Fat). Research shows people push harder when there's fewer exercises per circuit. Also, setting up for the circuit offers more recovery time, so you’re stronger for each lift!


More muscle for a strong body and leaner, more defined look!

The only equipment needed is a selection of dumbbells, making this program home and gym-friendly.

Each workout targets the full body using compound exercises for legs, back, chest and isolation exercises for shoulders, biceps, triceps - to sculpt enviable arms!

Three, full body workouts are included and depending on your rest time, will take roughly 45 minutes to complete. Each workout is repeated three times during the week for a total of two weeks before moving on. Your body becomes more efficient at performing each exercise when you repeat the same lifts each week. This allows you to complete more repetitions and lift more weight over time. It’s the principle of progressive overload and is required to build muscle and increase strength!

Exercise demonstrations with verbal cues from me are provided in this go on your own format. Please note workouts are not follow along and you should have experience lifting weights before starting.

This program with Cee has been a game changer for me. Post menopause I have struggled with finding the right way to keep my body strong and my metabolism from the downward spiral. As a physician I know this is often how we women start to unwind health wise and really start to age quickly. I have tried several things on my journey-HIIT workouts, bootcamp, pilates, cardio which I used to love but post menopause exhausts me and didn't seem to help. This program is so elegantly simple but so well thought out to maximize the outcome. Cheryl is such a good trainer who is always educating as to the "why" with evidence based information, always updating in real time using very reliable sources which is so important in a time when it is difficult to sift through all the information that technology makes available. Her nutritional program is simple and easy to follow focusing on real whole foods not some complicated fad program which requires buying a lot of supplements. This is a program designed for women for the long haul to improve strength, function, bone density and longevity and the way we think about aging. Additionally, the community of women is such a positive and, for me, unexpected benefit. So encouraging to see these women from everywhere just like me encouraging one another and getting it done. A+ Cheryl! You're knocking it outta the park! This is my first challenge but I am now signed up for Cee's annual program!

She’s the best trainer I’ve ever had - even comparing to long term in-person personal trainers. The lifts are standard, but the community aspect is shockingly encouraging. I haven’t lifted this heavy since 30 years ago. Cheryl provides more coaching and science backed evidence for her method than any other coach. Her experience really shows. Lastly it’s very cost effective to join.

Love the programmes have done all of them. They definitely work if you follow the plan and the format is easy to follow and allows for other exercise within the week with it being 3 full body. Cheryl inputs a lot of information. I am disappointed that the new annual subscription does not allow you to keep access to the challenges or I would have signed up I feel it has been done this way to encourage you to then keep on signing up each year, it is quite expensive though so I will not be subscribing. Perhaps if this is altered in the future I would subscribe. The price is increasing every challenge which is disappointing as there are more people doing the challenges so it should not need to increase at such a level.

This challenge is really hard but that is exactly what makes it successful. Having the roadmap laid out by Cheryl with guide posts and information along the way and just the BEST community cheering each other on. It's the only place I've been where so many women want each other to win so badly, it's far more motivating than I expected. Enough so that in spite of current circumstances I've signed up for the year subscription. I have more than enough medical issues and continuing this journey is one thing I can do to improve my longevity and the consistency helps keep my spoons accounted for.

This is my first challenge with Cheryl after having followed her for a while on IG. I had just come off a 12 week, 4 split days per week + cardio program with an in person trainer due to some back issues and was looking for something to challenge yet respect both my (mature) body, busy schedule and lower my stress. I’m 64 and in week 5 of my first challenge. I’ve never lifted weights before, but liked what I saw on Instagram and decided to jump in. Lift’n Burn has been a revelation! This is my fifth challenge. I purchased it because as a longtime lifter, I didn’t see the results with those programs that take you thru rep counts. Even though I still hold a membership to a well known fitness app offering on-demand and live classes, I never take their strength classes because I have replaced them with Cheryl’s. I put trust in her programming to get the strength and transformation I was looking for and this delivered. I really like the two three week blocks that have been introduced to the programme. Really gives the body time to adapt, learn the movements and gain strength by pushing for higher reps/weight used. The workouts feel manageable time wise and even better that the 4th set is optional if time is limited.
