Welcome to StrongBody, a 6 week program designed to build muscle for fat loss and strength gains!
Three full body sessions each week. Circuits in these new workouts are 3-3-2 (vs 4-4 in Muscle Burns Fat). Research shows people push harder when there's fewer exercises per circuit. Also, setting up for the circuit offers more recovery time, so you’re stronger for each lift!
More muscle for a strong body and leaner, more defined look!
The only equipment needed is a selection of dumbbells, making this program home and gym-friendly.
Each workout targets the full body using compound exercises for legs, back, chest and isolation exercises for shoulders, biceps, triceps - to sculpt enviable arms!
Three, full body workouts are included and depending on your rest time, will take roughly 45 minutes to complete. Each workout is repeated three times during the week for a total of two weeks before moving on. Your body becomes more efficient at performing each exercise when you repeat the same lifts each week. This allows you to complete more repetitions and lift more weight over time. It’s the principle of progressive overload and is required to build muscle and increase strength!
Exercise demonstrations with verbal cues from me are provided in this go on your own format. Please note workouts are not follow along and you should have experience lifting weights before starting.

I have been Lifting with Cee for a while now; I first found her follow along workouts on YouTube. They were great; they got me started, comfortable with lifts and consistently going upstairs to my workout space. Last January I signed up for Cheryl’s first ever challenge program and have completed each one ever since. I can see and feel great results with each program. This current challenge is a little different from the rest. It’s a 2x 3 week training block instead of the past challenges of 3x 2 weeks. I just completed my 3rd lift of week 3 yesterday and Wow! Great program! I have appreciated each of the two prior challenges as well as Lift ‘n Burn. While my weight and overall fitness level were good prior I am loving that I actually am experiencing progress in my Energy! Muscle Definition! and Overall feeling of Firmness and Wellness. I love that my arms show definition. Even the dreaded under arm sagging skin is barely noticeable. Sleeveless shirts are my go to!
