Welcome to StrongBody, a 6 week program designed to build muscle for fat loss and strength gains! 

Three full body sessions each week. Circuits in these new workouts are 3-3-2 (vs 4-4 in Muscle Burns Fat). Research shows people push harder when there's fewer exercises per circuit. Also, setting up for the circuit offers more recovery time, so you’re stronger for each lift!


More muscle for a strong body and leaner, more defined look!

The only equipment needed is a selection of dumbbells, making this program home and gym-friendly.

Each workout targets the full body using compound exercises for legs, back, chest and isolation exercises for shoulders, biceps, triceps - to sculpt enviable arms!

Three, full body workouts are included and depending on your rest time, will take roughly 45 minutes to complete. Each workout is repeated three times during the week for a total of two weeks before moving on. Your body becomes more efficient at performing each exercise when you repeat the same lifts each week. This allows you to complete more repetitions and lift more weight over time. It’s the principle of progressive overload and is required to build muscle and increase strength!

Exercise demonstrations with verbal cues from me are provided in this go on your own format. Please note workouts are not follow along and you should have experience lifting weights before starting.

Love Cheryl's Strong Burns Best. 5 stars! However, the Solin Nutrition Booklet (1 star) is not worth it. It is just a repeat of everything I've ever heard. There are no meal plans, nothing for anyone who is a vegetarian or a vegan, or gluten free, etc., which is why I bought it. If you want that part, it is an extra monthly charge. There is an AI helper where you take a picture of your foods that you have available, and it always came up with a meal with chicken, even though there was tofu in my picture.

I love the workouts, but I am getting bored with supersets. I also think the first exercise should be legs, alone not in super set. Compound exercises solo. 3 exercises, and then a super set, switch it up as it becomes redundant! I know many people complain about the length of time and you started super sets but ugh. Less rest can speed things up. I am just bored with supersets sets. All in all the last two challenges have kept me accountable while I travel this winter. I would also like to see more exercises to work hips, butt, and thighs since most perimenopause and menopause women need extra work here. Thanks CeeCee

I my recovery from the lunges the first week took longer for the soreness to go away. I chose to do steps ups with weights. Overall the first week I feel good. I do think set 2 is a little more challenging for me with longer breaks. The 4th set i know is optional but I did those as well. Today is wk2 d1 and just finished. I feel great. Taking a 15 min break, then I will do my walking on my walking pad. ☺️
