Welcome to StrongBody, a 6 week program designed to build muscle for fat loss and strength gains! 

Three full body sessions each week. Circuits in these new workouts are 3-3-2 (vs 4-4 in Muscle Burns Fat). Research shows people push harder when there's fewer exercises per circuit. Also, setting up for the circuit offers more recovery time, so you’re stronger for each lift!


More muscle for a strong body and leaner, more defined look!

The only equipment needed is a selection of dumbbells, making this program home and gym-friendly.

Each workout targets the full body using compound exercises for legs, back, chest and isolation exercises for shoulders, biceps, triceps - to sculpt enviable arms!

Three, full body workouts are included and depending on your rest time, will take roughly 45 minutes to complete. Each workout is repeated three times during the week for a total of two weeks before moving on. Your body becomes more efficient at performing each exercise when you repeat the same lifts each week. This allows you to complete more repetitions and lift more weight over time. It’s the principle of progressive overload and is required to build muscle and increase strength!

Exercise demonstrations with verbal cues from me are provided in this go on your own format. Please note workouts are not follow along and you should have experience lifting weights before starting.

I am 60 this year and have been lifting for many years. Since Covid mostly at home. With Lift with Cee on YT also for a long time. This is my second challenge. I will say the big difference for me is the Overload part and always thinking to make it 1% better every excercize. The Deload weeks was new to me. I think both has changed my body though I havent been very consequent on my diet. I eat too much and also chips and chocolate🤪 So, I recommend it. The challenge and the community inspirate me very much!😅❤️🤛💪

Superb new format! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 This is my 8th Challenge and my results over the past year alone have surpassed everything I was trying to accomplish over the previous 5 years. The update to 3 week blocks accelerated my progress last challenge big time. Cee has exceptional coaching skills for this type of virtual format. Two things really sets her apart: primary focus is doing the challenge with us gives credibility to the model. Secondly, she posts the most helpful insights and advice that is “good, bad and ugly” - the reality of our real world experiences with post-meno struggles and regaining total wellness. I’m age 61, traveling heavily for work and global adventures. So thankful for a program that fits on my mobile phone and can be done in hotel gyms everywhere! No turning back now 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

After following along on Cee’s YouTube videos, I joined her on Solin and I feel there’s more continuity between the knowledge she shares daily and the workouts. Before joining I was all over the place with the videos and even though I was consistent I wasn’t really understanding progressive overload. Cheryl’s program is life changing! I absolutely love it and highly recommend it. Cheryl is an amazing coach, the information she provides answers all the questions, very helpful and straightforward. The program is also very straightforward to follow and very manageable in terms of level of commitment. I have always been incredibly active but when I turned 50 I really started to struggle with my weight and my typical fitness routine no longer worked. I have done everything from Pilates to Spin, Boxing to weightlifting, TRX and anything else you can think of, but Cheryl’s program is the only one where I am seeing true results. It has been an incredible transformation since I started her programs in January 2026. I am so thankful a friend recommended Cheryl to me, I now feel back in control and I feel great and happy with how I look, will be wearing a bikini this summer for the first time in many years.
