Welcome to StrongBody, a 6 week program designed to build muscle for fat loss and strength gains!
Three full body sessions each week. Circuits in these new workouts are 3-3-2 (vs 4-4 in Muscle Burns Fat). Research shows people push harder when there's fewer exercises per circuit. Also, setting up for the circuit offers more recovery time, so you’re stronger for each lift!
More muscle for a strong body and leaner, more defined look!
The only equipment needed is a selection of dumbbells, making this program home and gym-friendly.
Each workout targets the full body using compound exercises for legs, back, chest and isolation exercises for shoulders, biceps, triceps - to sculpt enviable arms!
Three, full body workouts are included and depending on your rest time, will take roughly 45 minutes to complete. Each workout is repeated three times during the week for a total of two weeks before moving on. Your body becomes more efficient at performing each exercise when you repeat the same lifts each week. This allows you to complete more repetitions and lift more weight over time. It’s the principle of progressive overload and is required to build muscle and increase strength!
Exercise demonstrations with verbal cues from me are provided in this go on your own format. Please note workouts are not follow along and you should have experience lifting weights before starting.

This is my second programme with Cheryl and I’m just loving it 😊 3 sessions a week is so doable and has become a non negotiable for me because I know I can fit it in. Can’t believe I look forward to my work out days !! The routines are easy to follow and learning about progressive overload has been a winner for me. Really great programming with three full body workouts per week which helps with lifting heavy (because you know there is going to be a non lifting day) and progressive overload. It made it possible to improve with every workout. But the truly unique part of the program is how much detailed coaching Cheryl does, anticipating and providing great resources for questions. Lastly the community is unmatched in terms of support and encouragement. I teach online and have done other types of training online, and the level of participant engagement is amazing.

Love the App! Very user friendly! I purchased because I followed Cee Cee on Utube and she offered this program. One improvement would be a search capability in the community page so I tend to want to go back and re-read certain things and its hard to find the conversations and have to scroll vs being able to search on a specific word. I’m loving the Lift’n Burn Challenge . I’m 62, turning 63 in a few days , and finally committed to strength training to support my bone health, build muscle, and lose belly fat. I purchased the Strong Burns Best and the Lift'n Burn and I really enjoy them. As a retired fitness instructor, I'm embarrassed to admit that I didn't know I had to change up my whole workout routine as I got older.
