I think it is great. One thing I would say that is not optimal is that Cheryl's form demonstrations would be better if they were at different angles for clarity of her form. I also wish that I could just use my computer rather than my phone. It is really hard to see and navigate. I like the community engagement a lot. I have been on a few fitness apps. None of which even compare to Cheryl and Solin team. This is my 4th challenge. You learn so much from Cheryl and the group. I am post menopause and it wasn't very pleasant to me. I worked hard on this app. I learned and still learning how to make this a way of life and get healthy. Lost size I've lost pounds. I've started doing Cheryl's challenges since January 5th when she released her first program on Solin. I must say that joining the challenge was the best thing I've done this year. Been a fan of Cheryl for a couple of years. I love that her program is easy to follow, does not take too long, yet allows you to work at your own pace.
