These are very well structured exercise programs. Cheryl offers frequent support and solid science backed advice for gaining strength and helping with body recomposition. The community here is also very active, supportive and kind. If you're tired of not seeing results from following random workouts and are confused about nutrition, don't hesitate to sign up with lift with Cee! There are a few warm-up videos on Cheryl's YouTube channel, but I'd be cool if warm-up videos could be integrated into the app.

I love your easy to follow program and targeted lifting. I have been lifting for a while and I see the change slowly over time. I love being held accountable too. I'm very dedicated and love being able to see the work I put in with my body and in the app. I'm hoping one day my legs will look as good as my arms! My arms have always been my best feature but I have never really liked my legs and flat butt. I have cellulite (hereditary) despite always being lean as a runner for many many years. But the weight lifting is starting to show a change slowly which just motivates me to keep at it.
