OVERVIEW

Over the last several years, I've received countless questions about exercise, weightlifting, growing muscles, nutrition, & so much more. I've always done my best to respond to these questions on social media and address them in my posts, but so many of you have asked for something a little more detailed and structured that you can use as a baseline for building muscle OR losing fat.

I'm so excited to put out my first official training program. With this program, I didn't want it to be like many of the other programs I've seen, which simply prescribe workouts every day. Instead, I wanted to go deep into the reasoning and mechanics behind general health, nutrition, fitness, lifestyle, and make sure we are touching all of the key aspects of health.

Of course, this program also includes a specific, foundational 6 week training program that you can repeat literally as many times as you want. But it also includes a 10 section masterclass (details on each section below) that will teach you how to become confident in the gym and in life in general.

My goal with this program is to give you everything you need to level up your education, from beginner to advanced OR advanced to expert.

In addition, I chose this platform because there is a private community directly on the inside, where we can all hang out, share photos, encourage each other, and build a strong community.
