As a fellow New Year’s resolution-er, I see so much significance in building someone new in the new year. Fitness goals are a huge component of a lot of people’s objectives. I HAVE BEEN THERE. I operate with the idea that having a grasp of foundational strength training is pivotal to a successful fitness journey. Strength is required for everything. This program aims to provide you with a variety of workouts that let you build that strength. You might notice the workouts don’t change weekly. THAT IS NORMAL. Over time you will notice the workouts become easier, you’ll be able to move more weight, and that can be applied to other exercises. The amount of sets and reps will vary, allowing you to develop your strength with those volume blocks. For a routine to be productive, you need consistency, a regular routine you adhere to for an extended period of time.
You will have essentially unfettered access to me as a source of guidance but also support. Do not think for a moment you are pressing purchase for a BEGINNER program only for me to be hands off with you. I want you to succeed, but I cannot want it more than you. You have to reach out, commit, and push yourself.
Just because it’s beginner friendly doesn’t mean it will be easy, but I want you to embrace the challenge by keeping in mind that one day it will be easier. That’s the only way you can get to the next level!
