Emma is amazing and the workouts are easy to follow and really can kick your butt - it’s all about the effort you put in. I wish there was a longer cool down you could select. I’ve loved everything about this program. I cannot believe how much stronger I feel in just five weeks. Honestly, I felt stronger by week three, my clothes fit better, carrying my baby around all day feels like a breeze, no more tired arms or back pain.
