Loving the ease of this plan just open it and it’s right there what you’re doing. I struggle with decsion fatigue as a mum of 2 under 2 and this is the easiest to stick too

This program is everything you need to start exercising again after pregnancy and good for beginners or seasoned weight lifters. I feel like Emma put so much effort and education into this that it is worth every penny. The options for baby wearing, non baby wearing, and advanced really allow this to fit into any season of life you are in. Emma herself is responsive and there to help with any concern you may have. The Solin app allows you to track your weights, reps, and enter notes for each exercise so you can improve week by week. The high protein meal generator is a helpful tool to have. I love this program and am so happy to be part of it!

The way that Emma has created this program really shows her dedication and passion for postpartum women! The community aspect is amazing and encouraging, it keeps me motivated to keep showing up and know there is support when it gets hard. The workouts are challenging but attainable so I feel like I’m able to complete them and get a good burn without falling behind. Joining this workout program was one of the best decisions I’ve made for myself. This is my very first workout program ever, and honestly I was nervous going in, especially as a mom who’s been trying to find herself again after putting everyone else first for so long. But from day one, this program made me feel capable, motivated, and excited. It’s challenging in the best way, but also so empowering. I already feel stronger physically and mentally, and for the first time in a long time, I feel like I’m truly doing something for me. I am one week in (on week 2 now) and love having the option to workout with my baby or without! If I get lucky and both kids nap, I workout alone, but otherwise when my toddler naps I have worked out with baby and she giggles sometimes! I love the demo videos and that your weight used and notes from the previous week filter through to the next week! The community has also been so positive and uplifting. Emma and the Solin support team are very involved and responsive. Excited to work through this program and see improvements in my physical strength, mental strength, and hopefully overall daily habits!

This is the first workout program I’ve ever tried, also the first time I’ve remained disciplined and consistent. Literally saved me. I'm not even exaggerating, on my worst mental days, this program and especially Emma have kept me together. My pregnancy was a dream compared to others but I also had a scare early and was on complete bed rest for weeks, after being an athlete my whole life, that was so hard. So far this program is AMAZING!! Emma has already taught me so much through the first week of workouts and the breathing videos. Emma’s Baby Weighted Program has been an absolute game changer in my post partum journey with number two. As someone who has tried lots of at home programs but struggled to stick with them the way I can in person classes, this was totally different. The way she has crafted the workouts make it achievable with littles (yes even multiple) & something that is realistic to stick to as a busy mom. She pours in positivity as well as encouragement to the group making it even more special. After 6 weeks, I feel way stronger, better in my clothes, and my littles have actually started enjoying coming with mom to workout in the garage. Post partum & motherhood can feel really lonely & let’s be real freaking hard sometimes. Having such a big group of moms all making it happen, cheering each other on, and being vulnerable along the way really helps with sticking with it and seeing results! Absolutely can’t wait to see what Emma is cooking up next. 🙌

i’m really enjoying this community of Mom‘s. It has really helped me stay motivated and want to work out more. And also give kudos to the other moms. One thing I would say would be helpful. Is that instead of a tutorial only workout, it would be nice to have just you doing the workout without the instruction.. sometimes I just wanna go back quickly and look at some thing how you did something and it just would be helpful!!

This is my 3rd program from Emma and this one is the best yet. Giving moms a physical outlet is so important. This is the first creator that has made sure even if baby won’t leave you alone you can still get your movement in. No need to wait for naps or free time. It has been so amazing to make this positive changes in my life along side my toddler to witness it all. Due to the program my toddler has a calmer, stronger and more confident mom. I loved the set days/weeks along with the options to do different variations of workouts depending on your level or if you were going baby weighted or body weight. I also liked the video availability so I could see how each exercise was done. Being able to mark the workouts as done, time them, or enter set numbers/weights are me feel so accomplished at the end of each session. I LOVED Emma’s challenge because I got to workout while still keeping my velcro baby happy—squats and lunges put him to sleep so quickly too so we could sneak in a contact nap while completing a workout. This challenge was an overall win for me and I can’t wait for the next one! I highly recommend doing this if you’re someone who is bad at following through with goals/plans or feels that they don’t have time to workout while handling a screaming baby, like I did.

Though on week 5 I traveled out of state and wasn’t able to finish the workouts for the week I still kept up on my steps and intentional movement of the body and being consistent! This program is exactly what I needed to get back into weightlifting. I ended up with a tilted pelvis after having my 1st baby, it caused low back pain everytime I worked lower body. I decided to do pilates for a year to strengthen my core after my second baby, then moved onto this. It has been a perfect mix of just hard enough to make you come back for more but still tire you out. Emma is amazing, I love her program and will be buying more from her in the future!

I purchased this plan because it was meant for mothers. It allows me to still work out with my little in the room. All though the work outs are meant for mothers, it seems like they are for mainly new mothers (less than a year old). Some of the work outs are personally too challenging for me and I get that I am very out of shape but some of the work outs push me too far to not be able to do the others. That’s just a personal problem though.

Lovely program, she is so sweet, interactive and very intelligent in the program. I love the videos and easy to follow tutorials. Very helpful in my recovery. My biggest issue is not being able to move around the days for my schedule. Like I need to clump my rest days together and workout days together due to my work schedule. I know that’s not ideal but how my week is structured. Otherwise I’m loving the program and can’t wait to continue.

Wish there were a bit more core and back focused exercises, BUT my arms, legs, and butt are waaaaayyy more shaped and toned! I feel stronger too! I’m restarting the program again but increasing the weights. Excited to do it again!

While I love the community and the support is great. I’m a bit disappointed the workouts don’t have more variation week to week. It looks like the same 4 workouts are used for the whole 6 week challenge. They are good workouts but I’d love some variety

I’m enjoying the cookbook for the recipes and quick cook and prep times! But I wish this was proofread before publishing. Eggroll in a Bowl lists the same ingredients from Chicken Stirfry. And the BBQ Chicken had me confused as it doesn’t list BBQ in the ingredients, just season. And if we do add BBQ, when/how to apply would be nice. I’m still making my way through the other recipes but those are the ones I caught. I also wish she shared her seasonings for different recipes. She does for a few but others it’s reader’s preference. As I’m someone still learning about food and cooking, I would have appreciated a bit more of “here’s what I typically add which gives it this flavor, but feel free to add what you’d like.”

I’ve been a bit disappointed in the workouts overall. Even though there’s a baby-wearing option, it really doesn’t differ much from the non–baby-wearing version. Many of the exercises in the baby-wearing section actually can’t be done safely while wearing the baby. For example, there’s a lot of lying down during the abdominal work and movements that require leaning far forward while lifting weights. Those positions just aren’t conducive to baby-wearing. Some modification suggestions were offered, like holding the baby while she’s in the carrier or setting her in a swing or on a mat, but if I wanted to work out without wearing her, I could just do a Peloton class. I chose this specific program because it was advertised as being fully baby-wearing friendly, and it hasn’t really lived up to that expectation.
