Hiiiii! I’m Emma – a breastfeeding mom to the sweetest 6-month-old baby girl. I am here to cancel the stigma that motherhood means losing yourself.
This isn't (and never was) about bouncing back or chasing aesthetics. It’s about health, confidence, & becoming the kind of mom my daughter can look up to. I believe moms are some of the most selfless people in the world, & no one deserves to feel better (physically, mentally, and emotionally) than the women who give so much of themselves every single day!
To me, confidence is the most powerful form of self-care. It’s not about perfection, it’s about progress. It's about taking control of what’s within your control & showing up for yourself even in the small moments – even if that means squatting with your baby on your chest. 😉
These workouts are home-based & time efficient so you can commit realistically – whether you have a baby, a barbell, dumbbells, or none of the above. For moms of all stages...this is for you!

Nutrition needs during this period can vary widely based on individual factors such as recovery progress, milk supply, activity level, and overall health.
