    BABY WEIGHTED: New Year's Edition

    I loved the set days/weeks along with the options to do different variations of workouts depending on your level or if you were going baby weighted or body weight. I also liked the video availability so I could see how each exercise was done. Being able to mark the workouts as done, time them, or enter set numbers/weights are me feel so accomplished at the end of each session. I LOVED Emma’s challenge because I got to workout while still keeping my velcro baby happy—squats and lunges put him to sleep so quickly too so we could sneak in a contact nap while completing a workout. This challenge was an overall win for me and I can’t wait for the next one! I highly recommend doing this if you’re someone who is bad at following through with goals/plans or feels that they don’t have time to workout while handling a screaming baby, like I did.

    The workouts are just the right amount of difficult which makes it so much for sustainable and realistic for postpartum. This is exactly what I needed to get back into working out and it only took 2-3 weeks for it to become a habit and something I look forward to!

    I’ve lost 6 lbs and just enjoyed the direction and community given! It’s has kept me accountable. Though on week 5 I traveled out of state and wasn’t able to finish the workouts for the week I still kept up on my steps and intentional movement of the body and being consistent! So just realizing that the little intentional movement in you day all add up and continues progress!

    I am absolutely loving this challenge! The workouts target my post partum areas, which I never focused on before. I am noticing a huge difference just in 5 weeks! Excited to continue these workouts after the challenge. Emma really knocked it out of the park with this program!

    Nourish & Bloom: The Postpartum Bundle

    This program is exactly what I needed to get back into weightlifting. I ended up with a tilted pelvis after having my 1st baby, it caused low back pain everytime I worked lower body. I decided to do pilates for a year to strengthen my core after my second baby, then moved onto this. It has been a perfect mix of just hard enough to make you come back for more but still tire you out. Emma is amazing, I love her program and will be buying more from her in the future!
