Iām really really loving this! I have pelvic floor problems (I have back hypertension in my pelvic floor and I donāt have enough strength in the front with a 2 finger ab separation) and knew I needed a work out program that was very intentional with Postpartum recovery and using all the correct muscles to rehab and this has been SO AMAZING!
