This challenge was genuinely fun. I looked forward to it every day. One of the things I appreciated most is that you don’t just see the correct way to do each exercise; Addy’s voice guides you through it, which made everything feel clear and supportive. It was easy to track progressive increases in weights, and I loved that there were options for both at-home and gym workouts, which made it flexible and realistic to stick with. I also picked up a few new core exercises on core day, and having warm-up videos included made the whole experience feel really complete and well thought out. I feel great. I feel stronger. And I noticed an unexpected win: I didn’t do the official before photos but I measured my waist and took a quick picture before week one just for fun.
