I am 60+ and wanted to get stronger so purchased Grace’s workout. I’m on week 4. I notice I already feel stronger and steady on my feet. I like that I can choose a level suitable for me.

I am really enjoying this programme, it’s challenging but achievable and I can see and feel myself getting fitter and stronger. I love Grace’s videos illustrating each exercise, this is really helpful for me as a bit of a beginner, as it the timer. My favourite feature of the app is the tick ✅ box, love ticking off the exercises as I work through them. Grace is lovely and engaging in the community chat, and on IG, always commenting and cheering you on which is a real help on tough days. Would 💯 recommend Grace 💪🏻

I like the exercises they are helping me get stronger. There are easier options intermediate options and harder options. Something to work towards.
