Great videos of every exercise and so easy to follow. The app is also very user friendly. I unfortunately got sick with pneumonia for a big chunk of the challenge but I will definitely do another in the future.

This plan was amazing for me! Every workout felt amazing and best thing was you can easily do this at home OR the gym. I actually found at home better! The support from Jelly was amazing and the community were so supportive! In total I lost 1 stone in the 6 weeks following everything and I feel amazing for it. I will be doing the plan from the start again and seeing what I can achieve next! Thank you Jelly for helping me gain my confidence back!
