Honestly a great way to start the year! Every effective and I’m able to complete it without changing my schedule

Great sessions but hard to fit everything into 1hr30 as cardio alone is 40-50 mins

Best decision I’ve made this year. Not cumbersome but challenging! Already starting to see some of the sculpting come through.
