LOVE LOVE LOVE this program! It was such a good set up to kick off summer and get that summer bod while getting strong! I felt amazing after doing each workout. I workout in a public gym so I just changed the circuits to groups, such as run 1x do 2 exercises for 4x because the areas get so busy if I keep leaving and returning. I changed forward lunges to reverse lunges because my knees are not as good as they once were or ever been (:
