THRiVE : 6-Week Challenge

Currently in week 2 of the 6-week challenge. So far I am super happy that I purchased this guide! The variety in the workouts is great and so fun as well! Each day I am excited to head to the gym and start with a new workout! I have been really pushing myself and can’t wait to see the results in 5 weeks.

I love!! The workouts are so challenging but has built my confidence in myself to do hard things. My favorite part is the sense of community that we have. I think we have something so special and are really supporting each other which is so cool!
