LOVE LOVE LOVE this program! It was such a good set up to kick off summer and get that summer bod while getting strong! I felt amazing after doing each workout. They definitely pushed me and I broke a good sweat each time, but that’s exactly what I needed. I’m doing the 13.1 training program for my half marathon in October! 😆 cannot wait!
