Welcome to Glow & Grow: a six-week training program to help you become your strongest, most confident summer self.
This challenge takes you through spring and ends exactly in time for summer. The focus of this challenge is maintaining consistency with training and building healthy habits as we transition to the sunny months. Together we will level up physically and mentally before summer starts.
This training program will include full-body strengthening, with a heightened emphasis on the glutes and core since I know that’s what the girlies want! This program is meant to challenge you, but is adaptable to ANY fitness level. Don’t worry if you are starting or restarting your journey, I offer gym and home (dumbbell and ankle weight) training options to ensure you feel as comfortable as possible!
The workout split is as follows:
Lower Day 1 + Core/Abs
Push Day (Chest, Shoulders, & Triceps) + Core/Abs
Lower Day 2 + Core/Abs
Pull Day (Back & Biceps) + Core/Abs
Warm up guidance will be provided along with optional cardio recommendations for those interested in incorporating it into their routine.
Remember throughout this challenge that you are not in it alone. I did my previous challenge with you guys and you truly helped motivate me to push myself and show up even on the hard days.
