EQUIPMENT
To get the best possible results from The Plan, we highly recommend having access to a full gym or a well-equipped home gym. This program was designed to closely mirror how we personally train when looking to build lean muscle and reduce body fat so it includes exercises that require:
✔️ Smith machine or squat rack
✔️ Cable machine
✔️ Leg extension machine
✔️ Hip abduction machine or cables
✔️ Dumbbells and resistance bands
✔️ Barbell and plates
If you’re training from home, we have included a modified version of the program using:
✔️ Dumbbells
✔️ Loop bands
✔️ Resistance bands with handles
✔️ Bench (preferably adjustable incline)
You’ll still get results with the home version - but to be transparent, some exercises (especially on back days) simply can’t be replicated without machines. I love Megan’s and Megan’s and Joel’s workouts. I have been doing Joel’s workouts for years and love them too. I started doing Megan’s workouts on Solin because my daughter was doing them and she was telling me how much she loves them too. I tried my first one and was hooked. I bought 2 more of her older ones and I will get to them at some point I like how they give home options and gym options. How they show videos on the moves. I also really like the captions at the end of the workout in what you have lifted so far planes boats elephants and how it lets you know how much you have lifted and how many rep for the workout and that you can fill in the reps and weights you used. I have found big improvements to my body and in my health overall. The program s give you results especially if you are consistent because that is what it takes for anything to be beneficial, consistency. And anyone can do the workouts. I am 70 and I have no problems with the workouts they are not targeted to any one age group. For medical reasons I can only lift to 20 pounds but I like I can increase the number of reps in the tracker and not have to to do amount stated Plus I follow them both on social media and they are both so positive, encouraging and informative about supplements I look forward to seeing more workouts from them and I will be purchasing them Linda😊

Just fantastic, you did it again! The unilateral work has helped my non-dominant side build strength so efficiently.
