EQUIPMENT

To get the best possible results from The Plan, we highly recommend having access to a full gym or a well-equipped home gym. This program was designed to closely mirror how we personally train when looking to build lean muscle and reduce body fat so it includes exercises that require:

✔️ Smith machine or squat rack

✔️ Cable machine

✔️ Leg extension machine

✔️ Hip abduction machine or cables

✔️ Dumbbells and resistance bands

✔️ Barbell and plates

If you’re training from home, we have included a modified version of the program using:

This was so easy to understand for anyone, so detailed and soo awesome. I fell in love with lifting doing Lift 4, and then Lift more with Joel in 2021! I had just lost 60 pounds but my body had no definition. I was unaware at the time really anything about health and fitness. I didn't realize I was actually under eating in my deficit, and overdoing cardio! Once I started lifting consistently with Joel and his programs I fell in love with the process of muscle growth, and fueling my body with the correct nutrients. I loved this program!! It gave me so much motivation and confidence with lifting. I’m hoping to add all 6 days this go around for a little more booty work. The only thing I’m tweaking during my second round is a little less upper back work. It was a little much for me and I ended up suffering from a lot of tension migraines due to my back being so tight. All in all, this is exactly what I’ve been looking for. We LOVED this program! Repeat moves with different rep counts has allowed so much growth and increase in our weights. The self paced feature is awesome while also having video examples. Loved this program! A couple of the home workouts were short an exercise or two compared to the same days gym workout, but once I caught on to that I was able to make adjustments so that I wasn’t missing anything. I purchased The Plan after completing 2 rounds of All I Want For Christmas is Glutes. I'm loving the self paced programming and the explanation of each move! My only gripe is when restarting a program, the day does as incomplete but when you go to it, the sets are still marked complete. Which makes tracking difficult so you have uncheck all those boxes. A mild inconvenience but the programs are still so worth it!!

I have loved everything about this program. It is exactly what I was looking for. Great, straightforward, weightlifting programming. I really like that it is so easy to toggle between gym and home workouts, and the warm ups are included on each day. I’m going to do this workout again if it is available to me. Looking forward to their next one. My only suggestion is to be able to have alternative trackable exercises. For example, I have a shoulder issue and renegade rows are too much for my shoulder. It would be great to be able to swap it out for a different exercise or a modification.
