I purchased The Plan after completing 2 rounds of All I Want For Christmas is Glutes. I'm loving the self paced programming and the explanation of each move! My only gripe is when restarting a program, the day does as incomplete but when you go to it, the sets are still marked complete. Which makes tracking difficult so you have uncheck all those boxes. A mild inconvenience but the programs are still so worth it!!

I am very happy with the nutritional information available on The Plan. Being Keto and Carnivore for several years I needed some guidance on what to eat in a balanced meal plan. I have loved everything about this program. It is exactly what I was looking for. Great, straightforward, weightlifting programming. I really like that it is so easy to toggle between gym and home workouts, and the warm ups are included on each day. I’m going to do this workout again if it is available to me. Looking forward to their next one. My only suggestion is to be able to have alternative trackable exercises. For example, I have a shoulder issue and renegade rows are too much for my shoulder. It would be great to be able to swap it out for a different exercise or a modification.

This is my third program that I have purchased from Megan and I have loved them all. I love how they are self paced. Each one has pushed me to my fullest potential. The Plan is the first one though, that I have submitted pictures with. I am curious to see my growth. Regardless if I see any growth in pictures, I definitely feel stronger after each program. I’ve done all of the Joel workouts over the years, and I’ve completed all of Megan’s Solin workouts. When they came together for their Christmas workout on Solin and then The Plan, I knew I had to try them. Both of them are great programs. The structure, organization, and guidance notes put into these is top notch. I’ve been an athlete since I was 6 and have lifted since I was 20. At 39, my muscles are stronger than ever thanks to Joel and Megan sharing their knowledge through their programming. The Plan was amazing. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a way to build muscle.

What can I say that I havent already! This program has given me such freedom and control of my workouts. Whether im in the gym or at home this program hits every need and you can customize to your lifestyle and schedule! Absolutely ZERO pressure! On the road or at home Megan And Joel keep you in tippy top shape in less than 1hr a day! The Plan is well written, I love the technical guidance especially for some moves and equipment I haven’t used before! Knowing how a move should feel and the motion your body should make is so powerful. The weight and rep tracking in the program is beyond helpful, I appreciate the auto fill weight from the week before so I know where I was without looking back. I was hesitant to take on The Plan because I feared it would be too similar to the other two Megan programs I already own! Well I was wrong! This is literally everything I wanted it to be. I love the chest work. I love the changes of moves. I love that it still feels like a massive challenge but in a very doable fashion. These programs make me feel capable. I don’t feel like I’m just barely getting by because I get to move at my pace. This also means I get to push harder because I’m not in a race on someone else’s timing. The Plan is worth every dime!!!

I love these workouts! I’ve been used to the instructor led workouts and was curious how I would like this type. This is my third program on Solin and loving them. I don’t have to pause and go back. I go at whatever pace I want to. For example, this week I sped up the super sets and it really makes the difference. I can’t wait to do that for Friday’s workout. This program has been so unique for me. I have followed trainer led programs for years. I wasn't sure how I would like self paced, but I found reaching new PRs to be easier & so self motivating. The tracker for each workout is exceptional. You can click on the clipboard to see multiple past weeks at once. One improvement I would make- for each move, I wish there was a picture of a human body & highlight which muscle group should be activated for that particular move. ie- reverse lunges or Bulgarian split squats can be fosued in different areas

I've done all 3 of Megan's programs so far. I liked them all. Hourglass Project seemed to take everything I worked on building in the first 2 programs and really honed it in for me. I usually get a little bored with workouts around week 5, but not these, and especially not this one! I looked forward to every workout. Her engagement with the community and suggestions for progressing helped keep my motivation going. Every week I'd try to decide my favorite workout, and every week it'd be "oh, it's totally this one"....and then the week would progress and I'd be "no, this one", lol! Not being able to decide is a beautiful thing. I am on week 6 and did Buns of Anarchy today. The 3 heavy lift exercises at the start, and moving into the cable exercises hit oh so right! I can see more leg definition, my booty has taken shape, and my shoulders are popping! I think that means it did what it promised to do as long as I was willing to put in the hard work!

I was a beginner to a structured program, was the woman who did whatever machines were in a row because I didn’t know what to do and I didn’t feel comfortable. Since October I am down 25 pounds and I am now confident in the gym to do free weights by the men and being cable accessories to the gym so I can follow the program exactly! I’m loving this program. I’m coming off of a year long injury having had three surgeries on my arm. Being so limited on weight had me concerned, but modifying when needed has helped me push through. I’m noticing great gains all over, but particularly my arm strength and mobility is coming back excellently. This program is so beneficial because of the fact that it repeats each week giving you the opportunity to build each time you do it. I love that the app gives you a little sparkly yellow star for a PR. That really helps keep me motivated. Even though it repeats each week, it isn’t boring because I know it’s only 6 weeks total and also, knowing I can get a PR really helps keep me pumped to get some gains each week. Additionally I’m noticing improvement on my form in several moves, specifically my hip thrusts and RDLs which have always been historically not good. I’m really gaining a good sense of mind muscle connection that grows with each repeated workout. It makes me excited to see what Megan comes up with next.

Holy Smokes! This program is like nothing I’ve ever done before. I ’ve been working out with Bodi since 2013 (ish), I’ve had memberships with other individual people, and even did FitBod for a while. None of them have challenged me in the ways Megan has. I think what I appreciate the most is that it’s all structured in a way that I know I can complete each day. This is my second round! I was really apprehensive about starting a non video workout program, and it took me a few WEEKS to commit to this format 💯. Don't get me wrong, I loved the exercises and how different it was from what I was currently doing, but really struggled to cut the Cord completely on a coached led video workout. This was a great program and I really up'd some of my weights. For me, I need shorter programs. I know they usually said 45 min, but they all pretty much took me an hour. And I didn't break inbetween. I just kept on moving. Not sure how I could have gotten done any quicker. Especially with the supersets and the 60 sec, each side moves...I am sure I will try another program in the future. But I think once I am done with this program I will need to go back to Bodi and one of Joel's other programs.

I love the simplicity of this program. No crazy moves that you can't work out what they are meant to be targeting. Just basic, effective (really effective) moves. I love the variety, the video demos are so useful when my brain drops out and I love that the weights automatically populated into the following week. Bikini Blueprint and Bikini Blueprint Sculpted have been amazing experiences. The Solin app is easy to use and the community Megan has built has been so inspiring. It's been incredible to see all these bad ass women of all different sizes, backgrounds, and ages join together to lift heavy weights and cheer each other on. Megan pushed me farther than ive ever gone with this program. Shw made me completely self reliant in the gym. Im a mother of 3 that always puts herself last. But not anymore. I'm a full time shift working wife and the mom of a beautiful 16 year old disabled boy. My life makes it difficult to go to the gym but I realized 5 years ago, when trying to lift my son, making my health, stength and happiness a priority, is literally the best way I can show up for everyone around me. So i've been working out in my home gym for 5 years now. During this time i've done a lot of program hopping, from BODi (formerly Beachbody) to different apps by Instagram fitfluencers, but i've never quite found a program as well laid out as The Bikini Blueprint. It is EXACTLY what's been missing in my life, and after just 1 week, I knew it would be something I could do on repeat for the foreseeable future and get amazing results. In regards to the macro tracking... I'm having succes BUT I had to recalculate my Macros for less of a deficit and where we input what we eat daily still has old Macros and won't update regardless of what I do... so the app thinks im overeating everyday. Very frustrating. The Plan.... fabulous! I'm SO SORE! Love that!

I didnt like that its the same workouts every week but on the other hand, I enjoyed seeing my progress each week. I had wished there was just a bit of cardio in there but I do understand that we could do it on our own time. I just found it hard to workout for 45-60 mins a day and then fit a little cardio in when I work full time and have children. In the end, I enjoyed this program and have seen amazing results and im extremely happy about that.

I like the format and ease of putting in weights. I wish there was a rest timer built in- a button can hit to set your rest time between sets. Also, a timer for timed exercises, such as wall sits. I had it in a different app and it’s hard not having it. You can hit the rest timer, and know when your next set should be

it's very complex and I love the way you mix up the body parts - it's different from the way i would traditionally lift. I don't think there is enough chest work in the program so i have to add that in. And I wish the exercizes varied for the 6 weeks - it's just the same thing over and over each week.

Enjoy the workouts. Only thing might change is you could talk some to give clues on good form and possibly some weight selection suggestions. Im always trying to figure out how much your lifting. Overall a good program so far.

I joined this program because I am a former Bodi customer, and Joel was my favorite trainer. And I have watched Megan's transformation over the last few years, and she has been very inspiring. Unfortunately, I didn't like the way their program was organized. Actually, I felt it was very unorganized, with no explanation as to why things were set up the way they were, other than this is the way they train. A couple of the videos didn't match the exercise (ex. banded frog bridge not showing the exercise with the band, or a hip thrust for the home workout with the video on a machine). In week 3, they rearranged the days without any explanation or previous comments that it was happening. I understand this was to be a self-paced program, but I was under the impression that they would be in the community, which they were, but I still felt a bit of a disconnect from the trainers. Also, it would be nice if there were a rest timer in the Solin app, so when we are tracking our sets we can have a rest timer as well.

I wish there was "more" for my investment. I Paid for meal plan and it was just a list of meals to eat or "suggestions" and for the workout program, it's just the exact same workout for 6 weeks. I understand it's to get muscle. But it's repetitive, doesn't have modify versions if we don't have same equipment .

App freezes during warmup round regularly. Some of the “home” moves are sometimes demonstrated with gym equipment (i.e. calf raises, hip thrust). Sometimes the form cannot be truly observed well (feet position or even leg positions) . Workout duration is closer to an hour than 45 mins and it doesn’t include a cool down. Overall, I have seen better results with other programs, such as 25 min speed train and 80 day body obsession. I did like the back routine which is why I’m giving it two stars.

I think the video angles could have been alot better. Some.of the videos left me a little confused and questioning position at start and finish of rep (ie : barbell hip thrusts ) as well as key points on foot placement and head position. Program could use more substitutions for certain movements
