I worry a lot about form so I like that there’s little videos of how to do the exercises, I just wish there was a video for every one. I did just google the ones I wanted to be sure to do properly, but overall feel good! I like having guidance for what to do so I don’t get overwhelmed and anxiety trying to figure it out.
