"I love your guide, Cassie! Followed it since late second trimester. Just had my second baby last Wednesday. No joke I had your early labor routine pulled up on my phone. I had a very fast delivery--baby was out in 1 push! She was born unassisted in triage, no epidural. I focused on my breathing, breathing down and relaxing my pelvic floor with each contraction and helping my body push, instead of tensing up. It was an amazing experience! I've recommended your guide to my fellow pregnant mama friends."
"I've learnt so so much. From knowing how to correct my posture (which did blow my mind) to ensuring I'm releasing my pelvic floor and understanding how to do perineal massage later on in pregnancy. Love your straightforward and friendly video style too. Makes it all seem less overwhelming!"
"I’m at 37 weeks tomorrow so definitely will be using the app daily until delivery and probably even after to get back into mobility! My biggest takeaway was how much there is to learn about the pelvic floor, there is no good formal education about this, no one tells you how to push for birth, how to avoid tearing or anything. And I want to be as well informed as I can be, so to prepare I am excited I was able to participate to help alleviate some of the aches/pains as I get closer to the end! Thank you again so much for everything!"

Join me for 4 weeks of pelvic floor mobility, birth prep education, and live coaching designed to help you head into labor feeling prepared and confident, not overwhelmed.
Starts August 3
Just 10–15 minutes/day
Perfect for moms in second or third trimester
✔️ You've saved birth prep mobility routines on social media and tried a few exercises here and there, but you aren't sure where to start. You're not someone who likes to waste time. You want to know what you're doing is moving you in the right direction.
✔️ You want to minimize perineal tearing during vaginal delivery
✔️ You're the type of person who likes a strategic plan, and a daily to-do list. You aren't the type of person to just wing-it and hope for the best.
✔️ You want to walk into labor knowing you did everything you reasonably could to prepare for a smooth birth!
During my first pregnancy I knew almost nothing about pelvic floor health. Like many of you, I wanted to do whatever I could to prepare for birth...I just didn't know how.
I knew I wanted to do whatever I could to avoid tearing and a long labor. I asked my doctor what I could do early on, and she told me about perineal massage. I tried it a few times and gave up quickly because I just didn't know what I was doing, and it was uncomfortable. THAT was my birth prep. Some perineal massage attempts and a few minutes of hip circles.
I put way too much focus on core and pelvic floor strength and NO focus AT ALL on pelvic floor mobility and releasing tension. Pelvic floor strength is important, but I was missing half of the equation.
My first birth was textbook and I only spent a few contractions pushing. On paper everything went great. I was healthy and my baby was healthy, and I'm forever grateful for that.
BUT -- I ended up with 3 separate tears and a second degree perineal tear. Despite it being a more mild tear, with my specific scenario I had prolonged pain and inflammation, and full healing took longer than anticipated. After a difficult recovery with my first, I knew I had to do things differently in any future pregnancies. I spent my second pregnancy learning from pelvic floor physical therapists, researching the evidence, and completely changing how I approached birth prep.
The difference was incredible, and now I want to save you years of figuring it out on your own.
Most birth prep programs show you what exercises to do.
I'm going to teach you why you're doing them.
✔️ How your diaphragm, deep core, and pelvic floor work together
✔️ How to truly relax your pelvic floor
✔️ Why breathing changes everything
✔️ How mobility creates space throughout the pelvis
✔️ How all of these pieces come together during labor and pushing
When you can understand and connect with your body, birth prep suddenly makes sense.
✔️ 4 weeks of guided birth prep mobility
✔️ 4 weeks of daily 10-15 minute pelvic floor mobility and breathing practice
✔️ Extensive birth prep and pelvic floor course with step-by-step video lessons
✔️ Down-breathing and pushing strategies
✔️ Private in-app community for support and accountability
✔️Access to "Before the Push" guide to reduce tearing during birth
✔️Progress tracking directly inside the app
✔️Lifetime access to revisit throughout this pregnancy and future pregnancies

Bring your questions.
We'll answer them together.
Having the information saved or available isn't usually the problem.
Where we so often fall short is with consistency.
For four weeks, you'll have a simple plan waiting for you every day. You're not stuck wondering what to do (and what not to do). You don't need more decision fatigue on top of what you're already dealing with through pregnancy.
Just open the app, press play, and spend 10–15 minutes intentionally preparing for birth.
Go through the birth prep and pelvic floor course at your own pace in the app, even binge-listening during your commute like a podcast if you want. It's what works for YOU.
You didn't spend the last month wondering if you were doing enough, or doing the right things.
You spent them preparing intentionally.
We'll start together August 3!

Strong Pregnancy - 6 Week Challenge
I signed up for this 6 week challenge knowing it would take me longer than 6 weeks to get through the workouts. I used Cassie’s amazing programming as a supplement to CrossFit. Cassie’s programming was well thought out and I could tell she put a lot of time and effort into the whole program. Overall, I would recommend Cassie’s programming!

Strong Pregnancy - 6 Week Challenge
This was a great, easy to follow program! It was challenging while pregnant, but was not overwhelming. It really helped me understand breathing and how the body works together. I’m still a work in progress in understanding to connect with my core and pelvic floor every rep, but I have a great foundation to work now.

Strong Pregnancy - 6 Week Challenge
I feel like I learned just as much as I worked out! Cassie is a wealth of knowledge in pelvic floor training and offers much more than a good workout. I really liked the variety of workouts, including any modifications if necessary, and the overall empowerment to show up for myself even when it's hard. Highly recommend stepping into a class with Cassie.
