This program is already proving to be incredible! Though I’m not surprised after completing the fit for life program this one has stepped it up! I love the stretching videos afterwards. But I love even more the results that I’m already seen and FEELING! I LOVE this program! The only thing I would add is a timer (countdown) that can be optional for those who don’t want it so that in between sets, it’ll give you a timer to indicate time to start next set. I used BodySpace for years and it had this and I loved that option!
