Enjoying the flows and becoming familiar with some ānew to meā equipment in the world of mat Pilates. I canāt get over how fired up my triceps were using the ring! My hamstrings are taking a beating as well. Sarah does a great job with all of her reminders to reset and refocus to get your best mind-muscle connections in order to really fully engage my core. Iām also finding my weaknesses and looking forward to strengthening those areas (my single leg glute work needs help)!

The Stronger You Challenge has been exactly what I needed. This was my second challenge with Sarah and after these past few months I have never felt this strong/lean or connected to my core, even before having kids.
