This has been my third challenge with Sarah and truly each one has been better and so worth it. Each challenge has had its tough days and this one even after week one has not disappointed in the quality Sarah has shown thus far. She puts so much energy into these workouts. You can feel them working. I can see them working. I was at my heaviest after 2 babies 17 months apart. Enjoying the flows and becoming familiar with some “new to me” equipment in the world of mat Pilates. I can’t get over how fired up my triceps were using the ring! My hamstrings are taking a beating as well. Sarah does a great job with all of her reminders to reset and refocus to get your best mind-muscle connections in order to really fully engage my core. I’m also finding my weaknesses and looking forward to strengthening those areas (my single leg glute work needs help)!

The Stronger You Challenge has been exactly what I needed. This was my second challenge with Sarah and after these past few months I have never felt this strong/lean or connected to my core, even before having kids. I am no stranger to lifting, however I have always been one to start and stop with no focused direction, or due to life getting in the way, etc. These challenges have taught me just how disciplined I can be and showed me the results I wanted! I never would have gotten these results working out independently and I now have a foundation to go on moving forward! The videos for each workout took the guesswork out of having proper form and it was something I loved having at my fingertips! To have these workouts created from someone I have admired and respected in the fitness world for a long time has revamped my love of lifting AND introduced me to Pilates, so thank you Sarah, truly!!
