I have loved this six week program! There’s a great variety of muscle building moves, whether you go to the gym, work out at home, or have a home gym. Great opportunities to mix and match equipment. I love that the workouts are planned out for me. The fact there’s gym and home options makes it so convenient on days my little ones don’t do well through the night and I need a little extra sleep, I can still workout at home. And I thoroughly enjoy having 2 legs days to really get the whole of my legs since our legs have so many big muscles. I also love how much stronger I feel and how much more energy I have throughout the day for teaching (middle school teacher here) and to play with my kids when I get home.

This has been my third challenge with Sarah and truly each one has been better and so worth it. Each challenge has had its tough days and this one even after week one has not disappointed in the quality Sarah has shown thus far. She puts so much energy into these workouts. Enjoying the flows and becoming familiar with some “new to me” equipment in the world of mat Pilates. I can’t get over how fired up my triceps were using the ring! My hamstrings are taking a beating as well. Sarah does a great job with all of her reminders to reset and refocus to get your best mind-muscle connections in order to really fully engage my core. I’m also finding my weaknesses and looking forward to strengthening those areas (my single leg glute work needs help)!
