what an 8 weeks it has been! working on yourself is hard. whether it’s finding the time, strength, energy, or mental capacity. the last 8 weeks i committed to giving myself some of the care and attention I have needed for far too long with the help of siena and her 8 week program. i am feeling healthy and strong for the first time in my life. i love waking up early now and going to the gym to start my day because it makes me happy to start my day seeing the results of all the work i have put in. before starting this program, I was working out but not correctly, i was overdoing cardio in hopes to be thin, and struggled with under eating. I also didn’t know which strength training workouts to do together in order to gain different muscles. I love how this program taught me how to focus on each section that I’m trying to work out, and I think that is one of my biggest takeaways along with getting the necessary protein I needed which I have never done in my life. i used to count every calorie trying to constantly be in a deficit in fear of gaining weight and now that i am working out correctly and eating enough protein i have been able to heal my relationship with food and no longer have to avoid things like excessive carbs and dessert. i definitely recommend this program to anyone looking to improve their fitness/life. I can honestly say this is the best shape i have ever been in in my life, and i was a competitive athlete for years.
