Thanks to my niece Skyla for encouraging me and motivating me to push through the pain. You pieced together an at home workout program that was well structured and challenging. I cannot remember the last time I felt so empowered, connected to a community of beautiful strong women and motivated to “choose me”. I will repeat this program again. 💪🏼💪🏼🙏🏼
