This 6-week challenge, kicking off on January 5, 2026, isn't about extreme demands or an overnight overhaul; it's about making real, sustainable changes that fit into your busy life. You'll build lasting habits with straightforward workout plans, easy-to-use in-app tracking, and a supportive community that understands your journey. No fluff, just a reliable path to a stronger, more confident you. The strength you desire comes from consistent choices, and we're here to guide you every step of the way to ensure those small changes add up to real confidence and progress.

How It Works

Once you sign up, you'll gain instant access to the challenge mobile app, a private community, and the welcome area.

Leading up to March 2nd, we'll be hanging out in the community, introducing ourselves, and motivating each other.

Important Dates:

  • February 27th: The workout program will be released in the app (3 days before the official start).

  • March 2nd: The challenge begins! You'll track your sets, reps, weights, and progress in the app.

  • March 6th: Deadline to upload 3 "before" photos (front, side, back) by 11:59pm ET.

  • April 17th: Deadline to upload 3 "after" photos by 11:59pm ET.

“When are you due?” I was asked that question more times than I can count, and honestly, it was disheartening. I was even asked just days before this challenge started. I couldn’t blame people for asking — I knew that’s how I looked. This challenge truly transformed me. From the first Zoom call, CJ and Sydnee helped me see myself differently, and that shift changed everything.
