I like to workout at least 3 days a week on my own, but wanted the opportunity to workout without having to come up with my own workout and in a timeframe that wouldn’t be overwhelming. After following Kate on Instagram and doing little excerpts of her workouts, I decided to purchase her Quick Minutes +. It has worked out fabulously. Sometimes I do the Quick Minutes portion before I go to work and then finish the strength training when I get back. Joining quick minutes Challenge has changed me in just one week ! My inflammation has decreased . My Mobility has increased and the strength that I have gained can be measured from the Inside out !!!! I can use a tape measure and and an Electronic Scale to show me the results . I would like to see more warm up and stretches at the end and more variety between weeks. It's basically the same workout repeated over and over again. Even the recovery day was the exact same excercise. My muscles are bulking and never feel restored. Will give it another few days and will see how I feel.
