This is the second challenge I sign up with Vera and as with the first one, I am very happy I did! The workout plan is clear and structured with videos of Vera explaining in detail how to perform each exercise. She also gives individual guidance with food macros based on the goal and is there to answer any questions we may have. I definitely recommend Vera’s workout challenges 🩷!
