Such a great workout plan. It really makes me sweat and gives me muscle soreness in places I haven’t felt in a long time. Thanks to this program, I’m slowly starting to feel better in my own skin again. I’m also learning so much and gaining new insights along the way. On top of that, being part of a group of girls who motivate each other is truly amazing. Thank you, Christina I’m incredibly grateful for you. I’ve been training consistently for about 4 years, but this challenge really gave me new insights and helped me push my limits again. Even with a full-time job, it was super easy to fit into my routine and kept me motivated. The workouts are clear, effective, and definitely make you step out of your comfort zone (and trust me, you feel it ). I’ve noticed progress not just in strength, but also physically, my shape is more toned and defined than ever! Honestly, this challenge is a must if you’re looking for that extra boost to level up 🙌💖🤝

Honestly this program is great for someone who’s starting out or looking for structure. I have been working out before doing this program and found that most of moves I’ve already been doing. For me personally the upper body days didn’t fully make sense. Would have preferred a set day for just back and the other day for arms. Besides that, I think it’s good. I’m going to restart the program but tweak some of the moves to fit my goals.
