Introducing the 6-Week Hybrid Challenge!
I'm so excited it's finally here. So many of you have been asking for my hybrid training plan and let me tell you...this has been a LONG time coming! I've been dying to create a way for us to work out together as a community!
I've loved training as a hybrid athlete and competing in Hyrox this past year, and I can't wait to bring you along for the ride! This is the exact 6-week training plan I am following leading up to my October 5th Hyrox race! Spoiler alert: this challenge ends on race day. I'm so grateful to have you training alongside me!
But the real reason we're here: hybrid training has changed my relationship with movement, in the best way. You don't need to have any experience, be training for a Hyrox race, or have a desire to compete in anything (I'm fully aware it's not for everyone lol). It's all about training to feel your strongest and best – inside and out.
I have found a new level of confidence with this method – combining intentional strength and endurance work. We're working to be strong, powerful, and healthy. It's rewarding, it's beautiful, and frankly, it's empowering!
It's time to work toward our goals as a team and embrace training as one big community. We can do anything together!
Now for the details... Over the next six weeks, we’ll tackle a variety of workouts designed to boost your strength and endurance. While this plan is aligned with Hyrox, it's so much more about training for life. Strong bodies, strong minds.
In my app, you'll have daily workouts with Gym & Home versions, video demonstrations (of me) for every movement, specialized tracking to log your weights and reps, an optional nutrition guide, and the very best part...a private community group chat to hang out and hold each other accountable! I am doing this challenge WITH you – we are truly all in this together!
We're starting on August 25th – be ready to unlock new levels in your fitness journey and make new friends along the way!

We will follow this split for 6 weeks with workouts changing every 2 weeks.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED
The Gym version is exactly how I'm training alongside you. I added a Home version so we can really all do this together, our hybrid athlete era is here!
With this plan, you can workout from anywhere, all you need is dumbbells. If you're a gym girlie but your gym doesn't have certain equipment (ie Ski Erg, Sled) you'll have a dumbbells-only or no equipment option on the Home tab to swap in.
