I'm currently in the middle of the Spring Challenge and am loving it. The workouts have been the perfect mix of challenge and flexibility. Whether at home or in the gym I can adapt to follow in either space. Shy thought of everything. The weekly encouraging messages help keep me in track. She's a real pro. I'll continue with her programs after this one.
