Lift’n Burn, a 6 week program to build muscle for fat loss and strength gains!
I’ve written your six-week blueprint to:
Shed excess body fat and achieve a leaner physique. Improve body composition and feel confident in your swimsuit this summer!
Increase your physical strength and improve your overall fitness. Feel empowered and capable in your daily tasks and activities you love!
Provide an outlet for stress relief, not only benefiting your physical health but also your mental well-being!
Three, full body workouts are included and depending on your rest time, will take roughly 45 minutes to complete. Each workout is repeated three times during the week for a total of two weeks before moving on. Your body becomes more efficient at performing each exercise when you repeat the same lifts. This allows you to complete more repetitions and lift more weight over time. It’s the principle of progressive overload and is required to build muscle and increase strength!
Exercise demonstrations with verbal cues from me are provided in this go on your own format. Workouts are not follow along and you should have experience lifting weights before starting, this is NOT a beginner program.

I began this challenge bc I had been following Cheryl on YouTube on and off. I loved the way she explained things and broke it down. The problem was that I was not consistent at showing up. So I took the plunge and got to work.Best decision I made. I love the ability to track in the app. It allows you to see progress. I love the way the workouts are explained. Most of all I love the way Cheryl shows up to explain questions that I have even before I ask it. Oh and did I say the community of Cee-sters are amazing? I am 60 this year and have been lifting for many years. Since Covid mostly at home. With Lift with Cee on YT also for a long time. This is my second challenge. I will say the big difference for me is the Overload part and always thinking to make it 1% better every excercize. The Deload weeks was new to me. I think both has changed my body though I havent been very consequent on my diet. I eat too much and also chips and chocolate🤪 So, I recommend it. The challenge and the community inspirate me very much!😅❤️🤛💪

Superb new format! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 This is my 8th Challenge and my results over the past year alone have surpassed everything I was trying to accomplish over the previous 5 years. The update to 3 week blocks accelerated my progress last challenge big time. Cee has exceptional coaching skills for this type of virtual format. Two things really sets her apart: primary focus is doing the challenge with us gives credibility to the model. Secondly, she posts the most helpful insights and advice that is “good, bad and ugly” - the reality of our real world experiences with post-meno struggles and regaining total wellness.
