I think it is great. One thing I would say that is not optimal is that Cheryl's form demonstrations would be better if they were at different angles for clarity of her form. I also wish that I could just use my computer rather than my phone. It is really hard to see and navigate. I like the community engagement a lot. I've started doing Cheryl's challenges since January 5th when she released her first program on Solin. I must say that joining the challenge was the best thing I've done this year. Been a fan of Cheryl for a couple of years. I love that her program is easy to follow, does not take too long, yet allows you to work at your own pace.
