Lift’n Burn, a 6 week program to build muscle for fat loss and strength gains!

I’ve written your six-week blueprint to:

  • Shed excess body fat and achieve a leaner physique. Improve body composition and feel confident in your swimsuit this summer!

  • Increase your physical strength and improve your overall fitness. Feel empowered and capable in your daily tasks and activities you love!

  • Provide an outlet for stress relief, not only benefiting your physical health but also your mental well-being!


Three, full body workouts are included and depending on your rest time, will take roughly 45 minutes to complete. Each workout is repeated three times during the week for a total of two weeks before moving on. Your body becomes more efficient at performing each exercise when you repeat the same lifts. This allows you to complete more repetitions and lift more weight over time. It’s the principle of progressive overload and is required to build muscle and increase strength! 

Exercise demonstrations with verbal cues from me are provided in this go on your own format. Workouts are not follow along and you should have experience lifting weights before starting, this is NOT a beginner program.

I’m loving the Lift’n Burn Challenge . I’m 62, turning 63 in a few days , and finally committed to strength training to support my bone health, build muscle, and lose belly fat. I’d been doing Cheryl’s YouTube workouts for almost a year before joining her challenges, and I’m so glad I did. Since starting in October 2025, I’ve completed three challenges and seen real changes in my body composition. These are my first challenge ‘before’ photos and my most recent ‘after’ photos. I purchased the Strong Burns Best and the Lift'n Burn and I really enjoy them. As a retired fitness instructor, I'm embarrassed to admit that I didn't know I had to change up my whole workout routine as I got older. I’m a mom of 5 and a gramma to 5 little ones. After lifting for the past 6 yrs I absolutely love this program. The shift to 3 days a week full body workouts is exactly what my post menopause body needed. If you do them correctly and with the overload that Cheryl explains well, you don’t have to kill yourself with 3-4 exercises per muscle group. This is my second challenge with her and I don't plan on going anywhere.

The Solin app is really easy 🙌 to use! Strong 💪 Burns 🔥 Best 👌 was my 2nd challenge and was fun, pushed me further along on my fitness journey. The community is supportive ❤️ and its really fun to watch everyone's journey 😊. I love all the post workout banners /icons informing you of what quality you lifted today! They are actually really helpful! Its the adult cession of a gold star 🌟 for completing favour workout!
