I have done every challenge since Cheryl started them last year. I wasn't as strict with the diet as I should be, but did try to track my food more consistently and eat healthier. Wasn't perfect, but still stuck with the challenges and little by little saw results. I didn't even realize it until I put on clothes throughout the year that never fit and suddenly did. Or, coworkers kept commenting on my changes. I didn't see it, until I did see it. I was just enjoying the process and not worrying. I figured, "I didn't get fat over night so I wasn't going to get fit over night either". Just do it. But, the numbers don't lie. I haven't weighed 149lbs since Jr High school 😆 and I'm 51...52 in April. I'm in better shape than I was in high school and could NOW probably pass the elementary presidential physical fitness test from the 80s,smh.
