Lift’n Burn, a 6 week program to build muscle for fat loss and strength gains!
I’ve written your six-week blueprint to:
Shed excess body fat and achieve a leaner physique. Improve body composition and feel confident in your swimsuit this summer!
Increase your physical strength and improve your overall fitness. Feel empowered and capable in your daily tasks and activities you love!
Provide an outlet for stress relief, not only benefiting your physical health but also your mental well-being!
Three, full body workouts are included and depending on your rest time, will take roughly 45 minutes to complete. Each workout is repeated three times during the week for a total of two weeks before moving on. Your body becomes more efficient at performing each exercise when you repeat the same lifts. This allows you to complete more repetitions and lift more weight over time. It’s the principle of progressive overload and is required to build muscle and increase strength!
Exercise demonstrations with verbal cues from me are provided in this go on your own format. Workouts are not follow along and you should have experience lifting weights before starting, this is NOT a beginner program.

With years of gym experience, half assing it, 4 days a week, 5 days a week, 7 days and no days a week I have landed on Lift with Cee. A balance that will work. I say balance because I now see the necessity of doing the work, the right work, with the necessary rest and recovery in between. There is no guilt when you realize this. Work hard and then rest knowing the rest is allowing the work to do what it needs to do. I super love this balance. This is my first program on Solin with Cheryl. I have been doing Cheryl's YouTube videos for about 3 years and really enjoyed them. I have found by doing the Lift & Burn Challenge with Cheryl, I have definitely felt that I am lifting heavier. It works because you can complete the session in your own time and sometimes it takes me longer than following the YouTube videos. I dont feel rushed to complete the workout and I can concentrate on my form with Cheryl's excellent advice to hit the right muscle groups. Her advice and information cuts through so much BS that is out there and can be very confusing. I wasn't sure that I would like it as I enjoyed her YouTube videos and didn't think there could be any improvement on them but I have been pleasantly surprised and look forward to many more Solin workouts with her.
