Lift’n Burn, a 6 week program to build muscle for fat loss and strength gains!
I’ve written your six-week blueprint to:
Shed excess body fat and achieve a leaner physique. Improve body composition and feel confident in your swimsuit this summer!
Increase your physical strength and improve your overall fitness. Feel empowered and capable in your daily tasks and activities you love!
Provide an outlet for stress relief, not only benefiting your physical health but also your mental well-being!
Three, full body workouts are included and depending on your rest time, will take roughly 45 minutes to complete. Each workout is repeated three times during the week for a total of two weeks before moving on. Your body becomes more efficient at performing each exercise when you repeat the same lifts. This allows you to complete more repetitions and lift more weight over time. It’s the principle of progressive overload and is required to build muscle and increase strength!
Exercise demonstrations with verbal cues from me are provided in this go on your own format. Workouts are not follow along and you should have experience lifting weights before starting, this is NOT a beginner program.

This program is taking me to the next level and I'm only at the beginning of the second week. I followed Cheryl Coulumbe's @liftwithCee videos on YouTube 3x a week for 8 months (30 & 40 minute sessons) before starting the Build it. Burn it. Program. Her program coaching tips are straightforward and changed how I push myself at each interval. Cheryl's coaching changed lifting from a physical challenge to a mental challenge. When you know, you know. I crossed over and I'm not going back. This is a topnotch program! Other things that enhanced this experience as a 59 year old woman - I do yoga before lifting. Also seeing Midi Health online for hormone health as I have a good primary care doctor, but needed hormone specialist who is more concerned with how I feel than a fixed, min-max range. No more feeling like I'm begging for help. Kicking up my testosterone prescription I no longer feel held back physically.

My second challenge and it’s brilliant (again)! There are no gimmicks or fancy moves. Cee has tested the programme and is the best possible advertisement showing what can be achieved. Three workouts a week is perfect allowing me to give my all to life as well as training 💪🏻 so sensible to have the weekends off! Cheryl gives relevant scientific advice and great tips on how to manage your diet and training. The information comes thick and fast and always when you really need it. The community is wonderfully supportive too. The Ceesters are an amazing group, always ready with a virtual hug or wise words when you need them. I am absolutely Loving this app! I hesitated joining because I didn’t know If I would like it since it is not a follow along video. Funny enough now I can’t imagine doing a follow along video. This app gives you a detailed quick video for each exercise which I find extremely valuable for checking my form. I can’t believe how much more I am pushing myself now that I have joined this challenge. The community it comes with is wonderful and reminds you that you are not alone. The information that you have at your fingertips in regards to calories, health and how to set your goals not to mention how this plan works and why is priceless. This is my third challenge with Cheryl and these programs are the exact structure I needed that would help me achieve my goals while fitting my lifestyle and stage of life. Another awesome program by Cheryl - her workouts are designed brilliantly to efficiently target total full body, only 3x per week allowing me to keep up with long distance running at the same time. The moves are basic and that’s by design - no fluff or fancy choreography, just pure muscle building.
