This app is really 🔥🔥 1. Love the videos of you doing the exercises, showing us form, and explaining which muscles we're working 2. Love that it creates a meal plan and counts your macros 3. Last but definitely not least!!! What blew my mind was, once your meal plan is developed, it'll take you directly to instacart...have all your ingredients in the cart, and HAVE THEM DELIVERED TO YOU⁉️ HOW CAN YOU FAIL⁉️ YOU CANT! 6 wk Glute Guide: From the Ground Up
I’ve tried a lot of workout programs, but this one actually stuck. The workouts are challenging without being overwhelming, and everything is explained in a way that makes you feel confident instead of lost. I noticed real progress in my strength and energy pretty quickly. What I appreciate most is how supportive and motivating the program feels—it’s clear this was built by someone who genuinely cares about helping people get stronger and healthier. Highly recommend if you want something effective and sustainable. Oh and your glutes WILL grow!!
