The first week of the program has been great so far! I love the workouts and the meal plan is delicious and simple.

I have enjoyed the workouts so far and the menu. It’s all been so helpful in keeping me consistent. The only thing I have struggled a bit with is that it is difficult to hear sometimes (I notice it on my phone and iPad). There may be a need to use some kind of microphone when recording the videos in the future. Otherwise it’s been great
