Started the program off with my daughter in labor so I got a late start but got most of my food in the first two days and then caught up on the workouts by Sunday. Need to get my mile walk in more days but on track now and feeling great! Proud grandma of baby boy💙

I love that she built the menu in a grid. I just printed off the week and check off what I eat or write in what was different. It's simple and is working for me!

I love how low stress the meals are. Yummy, with ingredients that are easy to find and do able for the whole family!

The first week of the program has been great so far! I love the workouts and the meal plan is delicious and simple.

I have enjoyed the workouts so far and the menu. It’s all been so helpful in keeping me consistent. The only thing I have struggled a bit with is that it is difficult to hear sometimes (I notice it on my phone and iPad). There may be a need to use some kind of microphone when recording the videos in the future. Otherwise it’s been great
