HYBRID SCULPT

Hybrid Sculpt with Kiara & Neko is the perfect balance of strength, mobility and conditioning. I am a mom of 5 (between the ages of 7 years old and 9 months old) and the exercises helped reduce the diastasis recti developed from pregnancy from a 4 finger separation to now a 2 finger almost 1 finger separation. While the workouts challenged me, they were also simple and straightforward.

I love how functional these workouts are. Honestly felt nervous that I look awkward attempting some of these moves but as the days went on, they started to feel normal. Getting into the groove is something I had to prep for, adjusting to getting up at 4am, working out before the baby wakes up and still breastfeeding at night. It was a nice challenge I can say I’ve completed in a couple days

The program is effective and accessible. The home workout only requires dumbbells and the workout changes throughout which was refreshing. The community is a good mix of people, and the trainers check in weekly with motivating messages, as well as advice and reason on movements. It's not overbearing and it's very self driven which is real life. I would recommend this program.
