I love Lizette’s programs. As a 63 yr old student, she is always keeping the program fresh and challenging. She adds new moves to keep you engaged and add a new spin to a lift. I always feel like I’m doing a 1:1 with Lozette because she talks to you as if she knew what you needed to hear to keep you committed to the program. Plus, I love the results I’m seeing!

I am absolutely in love with this program! Having a set workout that also allows for some flexibility makes it doable and easy! It challenging enough for experienced workout enthusiasts as well as perfectly explained and shown proper form and techniques for a beginner. My favorite is that Lizette is a woman who is strong, confident, and does the workouts right along with you. I love the the counters and the timers on the app keep you on track! I can’t recommend this program enough! I can’t wait to continue!!!!
