We’re Gina and Roxanne, the sister duo behind @mamastefit, here to support you through every stage—conception, pregnancy, birth, and beyond! Gina, a mom of 4, holds a master’s in exercise science, creates all our fitness programs, and has supported over 200 in-person births as a birth doula. Roxanne, a mom of 3 with one on the way, is a labor & delivery nurse and student midwife who has guided hundreds of births in hospitals, birth centers, and homes. Together, we blend expertise and personal experience to help you feel strong, confident, and prepared for your journey into motherhood.
