EQUIPMENT
To get the best possible results from The Plan, we highly recommend having access to a full gym or a well-equipped home gym. This program was designed to closely mirror how we personally train when looking to build lean muscle and reduce body fat so it includes exercises that require:

✔️ Cable machine
✔️ Leg extension machine
✔️ Hip abduction machine or cables
✔️ Dumbbells and resistance bands
✔️ Barbell and plates
If you’re training from home, we have included a modified version of the program using:
✔️ Dumbbells
✔️ Loop bands
✔️ Resistance bands with handles
✔️ Bench (preferably adjustable incline)
You’ll still get results with the home version - but to be transparent, some exercises (especially on back days) simply can’t be replicated without machines. This is new programming, and we've chosen not to water it down with endless modifications because we want to honor the integrity of the method and deliver real results.

I was a beginner to a structured program, was the woman who did whatever machines were in a row because I didn’t know what to do and I didn’t feel comfortable. I’m loving this program. I’m coming off of a year long injury having had three surgeries on my arm. Being so limited on weight had me concerned, but modifying when needed has helped me push through. I’m noticing great gains all over, but particularly my arm strength and mobility is coming back excellently. This program is so beneficial because of the fact that it repeats each week giving you the opportunity to build each time you do it. I love that the app gives you a little sparkly yellow star for a PR. That really helps keep me motivated. Even though it repeats each week, it isn’t boring because I know it’s only 6 weeks total and also, knowing I can get a PR really helps keep me pumped to get some gains each week. Additionally I’m noticing improvement on my form in several moves, specifically my hip thrusts and RDLs which have always been historically not good. I’m really gaining a good sense of mind muscle connection that grows with each repeated workout. It makes me excited to see what Megan comes up with next.
