I’m 1 week into Sammie’s program and I’m so excited each day to work out. The exercises are simple and effective. I think the community page is a great way to keep myself accountable and Sammie is always encouraging. Great experience using this app so far.

This program is so great! I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a daily training routine. My only preference is for additional Ab days to be thrown in. It’s wesome!
