I like to workout at least 3 days a week on my own, but wanted the opportunity to workout without having to come up with my own workout and in a timeframe that wouldn’t be overwhelming. I would like to see more warm up and stretches at the end and more variety between weeks. It's basically the same workout repeated over and over again. Even the recovery day was the exact same excercise. My muscles are bulking and never feel restored. Will give it another few days and will see how I feel.

So far good but i don’t like doing the same exact exercises in week 2. Why aren’t we doing new workout ? I like the 15 min body wake up exercises but I need more that one exercise each day. I’ve been doing an additional workout after. Little surprised the videos are all identical- which means it was recorded once on repeat.
