Such a great workout plan. It really makes me sweat and gives me muscle soreness in places I haven’t felt in a long time. Thanks to this program, I’m slowly starting to feel better in my own skin again. I’m also learning so much and gaining new insights along the way. I’ve been training consistently for about 4 years, but this challenge really gave me new insights and helped me push my limits again. Even with a full-time job, it was super easy to fit into my routine and kept me motivated. The workouts are clear, effective, and definitely make you step out of your comfort zone (and trust me, you feel it ).
