This is the #1 program I've tried that I can trust to truly transform my body. The results are in showing up every day and doing the work. It will push you! Trust the process. I plan on coming back to this one again!

Love the workouts! Super easy to follow. Love the app much better though as the timer is extremely helpful ! I’ve definitely changed so much since following the programs. Looking forward to this next challenge !

This was by far the best online fitness challenge I’ve ever been in. Ya is so personable!! She was always there giving encouragement! Now the workouts are something serious and my results are mind blowing! I’m on to the next challenge now and can’t wait to continue to see my body transform with Yababeth!

Communication is top tier, and the community is very motivating. Excellent program initiation.

It’s really good program though it gonna take me more weeks due to work and school . Some days I fail to go to gym.

Great jump start to my fitness journey. Took me longer than 60 minutes but I got it done. 👍

Challenging and fun. You can feel benefits from day 1. Can’t wait til wk 6!!!!

Week 1 is done! Can't lie, first day wasn't easy but everything is so detailed & there are videos explaining each exercise that it takes alot of the hard work out of it. Have so much energy after this first week, it makes me excited for all that is to come. At the end of 8 wks, you won't be able to tell me nothing!

I purchase yabeth workout before my pregnancy and seen tremendous results, now that i had my baby boy I am ready to get back at it. Her glute workouts was intense and targeted all the right muscles in the glute.

I lost a lil bit too much weight , other than that it’s a great program!

I purchased this package as I need the support to lose weight and tone up. I think there should be more interaction from the yabeth team the week running up to the programme starting. This way the programme will feel more personal.

I liked that the workouts challenged me, but needed newness after a while.

Week one was great! The workouts are amazing and I'm already seeing results. Some of the workouts do not have videos, so I have to go on YouTube to see what I'm supposed to do. Looking forward to week 2!

I like the fact that it works every part of my body. I don’t like the fact that it takes forever to finish the workout. I purchased it to see a difference in my body

Being a person who actively exercises, I hate waiting weeks to access the material I purchased. I don't like that the 6-week challenge is dripped and not self-paced like other workout plans. I wont make it completely negative because it hasn't started yet, but waiting 3 weeks for a workout plan and meal plan is very inconvenient to me

I think the product has a lot of potential but it is hard to navigate through the platform. You first have to find where everything is at and then some more when the videos for some of the exercises are not available.

I liked my workouts but I dislike the fact that not all of the instructional videos don't play and I have to Google the exercises to know how to do them. For $40 a month that needs to be fixed or I won't continue the program next month.

For the cost , I don’t believe it is worth it personally . You have to wait till the challenge date to get access to the material . So I had to wait 3 weeks for the workout plan . When I finally did get the material ,My portal. Had multiple workouts on it, making it confusing on which ones to do. I reached out to support and nobody would respond or help me. Most plans that cost this much will allow you to have access to both gym and home work outs for flexibility, but with this program you only have access to one or the other .

Les exercices de sport sur l’application sont des fois incompréhensible dommage il y a pas un exemple avant de commencer les séries . On est obligé de commencer une série pour voir l’exercice demandé. De plus le programme alimentaire est basé que sur 7 jours et se répète sur 6 semaines. Ce qui est dommage . Il y a personne avec qui communiquer quand il y a un soucis dans le programme d’exercice. Dommage pour le prix payé je m’attendais à mieux comme service.

It’s not a very thorough program. All the weeks are the same, same exercises every week - no variety, no guide on set increases or weight variation. The food guide only includes one-two recipes for every plan. She also doesn’t respond in the community chat. I would like a refund.

You can go on YouTube for better help. No not for me. Refund.

Some videos are/were missing. Expected more from it, it looks like it’s all made quick.
